The lasagna
To make homemade pasta: add 4 whole eggs for every half kilo of all-purpose flour. Knead and roll the dough. Boil the pasta for few seconds in a pot of hot water with salt and a dribble of EVO oil. After boiled, lay the pasta on a cloth and start assembling: pasta, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, bechamel and parmesan. Make 4 layers. Cook in oven for 35 minutes at 200 °C.
