On the nose, it is intense and complex. At the beginning, it has notes of butter, cream, candied pineapple, cardamom and white pepper. After a few minutes, walnuts and mineral aromas come out. The wine is ripe, complex with a big personality. It is rare, distinguishable and elegant on the nose. Fresh and vivacious, the fine effervescence and intense acidity go with you until the end of the palate.

A family company founded in 1890 with Desiré Vilmart Laurent Champs, (chef de cave, last descendant and fifth generation of the Vilmart family). It combines the organic approach with traditional wine-making where fermentation and fining take place in wooden casks and, above all, there is no malolactic fermentation consequently the natural acidity of the grapes remains intact. The estate, in the Montagne de Reims region, is made up of 11 hectares divided into 12 lots. There are seven Cuvées.
