TASTING NOTES

It has a wonderful, deep, ruby red colour, a wide aromatic range of scents in which delicious vanilla notes, small red fruit, layers of jam and sweet spices combine. The taste appears to have a full aristocratic roundness and softness, with quite elegant, agreeable and lingering flavours.

Volcanic origin, rich in stones.

The stew

Make a chopping of all ingredients. Let flavor the meat (chicken or venison) for one day with all these ingredients. Cook the meat in a pot and simmer with white wine. When completely cooked, add green olives.
