That’s why Intrecci trains the new hospitality experts able to bind together the art of reception with that of enogastronomy.

Intrecci is born with the aim of forming new professional staff who can turn around the world of restauration bringing to life a dining hall where class, warmth and character represent the fundamental pillars.

It is the first example in Italy of a training project for service and hospitality staff with a campus style academy.
The academy based in Castiglione in Teverina (VT) offers the students the chance to combine didactic activities with stages at top companies, masterclasses and custom-built leisure time activities.
