Cold maceration of the grapes, the fermentation and the refinement in stainless steel keep the characteristics of the two varieties intact. The wine is sapid, fresh, well balanced and soft, with a good structure and lingering aromas.

The grandma Grazia patè

Put all the ingredients together in the same pot and let them cook a slow flame for 2 hours. When completely cooked, add a slice of bread dipped in vinegar. Whirl the compound and put them in the jars.
